L&M had been together since they were teenargers. Their wedding took place at the Cabane Bartherotte under the sun of Cap-Ferret.
The newlyweds wanted something out of the ordinary and Emmanuelle recommended the Cabane Bartherotte which she loves very much.
A venue rich in emotion, with beautiful details that will take you to the ends of the earth. When they were scouting out the location, the newlyweds were immediately won over by the sublime landscape.
Wedding’s L&M was with only 70 guests and was the biggest challenge of 2021 in terms of organization for our wedding planner.
The newlyweds gave her “carte blanche” to create an extraordinary wedding. Emmanuelle organized a firework display from a barge on the Bassin d’Arcachon.
Gipsy King set the mood for the beachside cocktail party and the dinner moving from table to table.
The decor was totally personalized : neon L&M, fairy lights, big letter LOVE, greenery on the post and ceiling of the cabane…
The bartenders created tailor-made cocktails for our newlyweds and Emmanuelle set up a cocktail battle board. Our confidentiality clause forbid us from naming the winner of this battle (his name start with an M!).
A cocktail reception was held on friday evening on the little seawall, under a fairy lights.
Emmanuelle’s favorite dj (Muchas Matthias), a cellist, a percussionist and a saxophonist entertained the evening.
The challenge for the service providers was to change the setting very quickly on saturday morning to set up the ceremony.
It was a wedding full of love, fun and emotion.
The first look was emotive. M kept his sunglasses on, knowing in advance that he was going to be touched.
For the little story, our groom sent to Emmanuelle his wedding’s wishes the day before to have her advice, which brought tears to her eyes.
A T-shaped floor was installed to create a magnificent ceremony stage overlooking the Dune du Pilat.
The florist, Laure from Loy Kapel, placed flowers along the center aisle and an arch that accentuated the waouh side of the view.
The bouquet toss was magical, the bride throwing her bouquet so far that the guest who received it wasn’t expecting it.
The Cabane Bartherotte provides a villa that our newlyweds rented for a week for themselves, their witnesses and their families.
One of the groom’s witnesses is a fisherman, so he went out on the seawall every day. In the evening, a barbecue was held with the fish caught.
The newlyweds brought along scooters and electric bikes so they could get out during their stay. What better way to enjoy the magic of Cap-Ferret ! AND for that, you have to remember to recharge the scooters ! A wink to our newlyweds.
The service providers also surprised our wedding planner. Indeed, Novelty agency delivered a disco ball much larger than expected (1m diameter) which Emmanuelle really appreciated as a gift.
