We take care of everything and every detail.

Following a first consultation, we will provide you with a bespoke offer. A second detailed consultation will help us ascertain your requirements, your vision and accurately define your expectations.

After finding THE right suppliers, we negotiate contracts for you. You’ll make your final choice among a short list of the best ones.

We will keep you updated about planning process by sending you detailed progress reports, a countdown schedule and a budget summary according to selected suppliers.

We will be glad to respond to any of your requests, wishes, and needs. We will provide a detailed schedule of your special day and will handle every single element of the planning process.

We will be available every step of the way to guide you throughout this wonderful project.


“A la carte” event

You have already planned a certain percentage of your special day but need a professional support and advice. You need help to make a choice? You have trouble finding a specific supplier? We can step into at any stage of the planning process.

Following a first consultation, we will agree on five services to work on.


On The Day coordination

A discreet coordination throughout your wedding day!

We will liaise with all your contracted suppliers and produce a detailed “On the Day” timeline. We can handle set up and decoration if necessary (town hall, ceremony and reception venues). We will meet the guests and guide them throughout the ceremony; we will liaise with your best man, bridesmaids and family to coordinate their duties during the day. And we are also there to resolve any problem behind the scenes and make sure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.

As your right-hand man we will be there to orchestrate the happiest day of your life.

Becoming a Wedding Planner was a real calling. Emmanuelle feels she had a date with her destiny. Making people happy, and make them dream has never been far from her mind.


After achieving her master in international trade, she decided to gain valuable skills in business and negotiation.
She began her career working in luxury hotel business in Saint-Emilion. During this time, she was able to build a vast and unique network in the Southwestern-Region.


She worked with passion in Wine and Tableware international trade and had the chance to discover new cultures. Working in this field also demanded a good adaptability to meet any request from the most classic to the most unusual.
She took the opportunity to explore her negotiation skills and she now can secure competitive prices for you.
Concurrently, friends and family never stopped trusting she was made for being a wedding planner. Therefore they entrusted her with the full planning of many weddings and other events including the “On the day” coordination. Her experience was complete!
She was just waiting for the perfect moment to begin this thrilling journey…

My now husband is American and I am French and we live in SF. When we decided to get married in Bordeaux it became quickly obvious that we needed someone to help us organize our wedding. We spoke with several wedding planners - all very nice, but Emmanuelle was THE one: at the very first call we had, she was so enthusiastic and honest that she convinced her that we should hire her as our wedding planner. We were not disappointed at all!!! We took the "A a Z" option where Emmanuelle plans for your wedding and is around the day of. Emmanuelle got us amazing service providers: music, flowers, make up, hairstyle, photographer, etc everything was perfect.
